Portions

The portions are cut from block frozen fillets or fillet pieces. 

The fish is filleted immediately after catch on board of the vessel or within 48 hrs on land and block frozen. Taste, structure and nutrients are preserved to the maximum. 
These portions of cubes are straight cut, but ideally shaped and perfectly portioned. 

Offered natural or in a crunchy coating = fish sticks in all sizes large or small.
