Gluten-free

Research shows that more and more people suffer from gluten- and lactose intolerance. 
As a result, retailers and foodservice companies are increasingly interested in offering these products to their customers. 
Unfortunately, the range of gluten-free products can sometimes be lacking in taste compared to similar standard products. 
Or the gluten-free range can be boring.    

Since 2017, All Freez has specialised in special and complex productions, including gluten-free and lactose-free.

There are 2 aspects to this that are important: 
- Firstly, we have managed to adapt our infrastructure and systems so that we can produce very flexibly and under controlled conditions. 
We produce under the most demanding standards of allergen control and always carry out rigorous on-site testing to ensure complete food safety.  

Most important, after years of research, our R&D department has succeeded in developing gluten- and lactose-free products that do not compromise on taste and texture. Gluten-free versions of well-known classics, as well as playful innovations and tapas-style snacks are on the menu.

These unique products, with both traditional coatings (GLUTEN-FREE!) and rice-based coatings, are now finding their way into the gluten-free sections of supermarkets at home and abroad. 
This range is also becoming increasingly important for catering and we supply the largest foodservice companies in Europe.
