Cod - Gadus morhua - pin bone out

Wild caught 
This fish is caught in the North East of the Atlantic Ocean; Norway, Iceland.  
The fish meat is intense white and firm, with a loose 'layering' structure. 
Cod has a lot of flavour and character, the fish meat is lean and healthy. 
Cod fillet can be prepared in many ways: frying in a frying pan, baking or stewing (en papillote) in the oven, steaming in the oven or microwave.
