Nile perch

Nile perch is a freshwater fish and is mainly caught in Lake Victoria (Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania).
Nile perch is loved for its firm structure and pinkish flesh. 
The taste of Nile Perch is typical; a mild, non-fishy flavour. This makes it a very accessible fish species. 
Its firm structure makes Nile Perch very suitable for oven dishes, baking and grilling. Nile perch is a lean fish and contains many valuable proteins.
