Atlantic salmon

Farmed 
Atlantic salmon originally occurs in rivers and seas in northern Europe and the Atlantic Ocean. Today, it is farmed in Norway, Scotland, Ireland, the Faroe Islands, Iceland, North America, Chile and Tasmania. 
Salmon has firm, tender, orange-pink flesh with a unique flavour. 
Salmon can be prepared in many ways: frying in a pan, wok, baking or stewing (en papillote) in the oven, steaming in the oven or microwave, grilling on the barbecue, grill or stone grill.
